Returns and Refunds Policy


  1. If a situation arises where there is an issue with your payment, please contact our finance office or ring (09) 262 8440 as soon as possible. The matter will be investigated immediately and, if necessary, corrective action taken.

  2. If we are unable to pass your donation on to the intended recipient, we will contact you to ask whether you wish the funds to be directed to another recipient or refunded to you.

  3. If an item you have purchased is delivered to you in damaged or faulty condition, please contact us to arrange replacement or return. We will normally replace the faulty item at no cost to you but will consider a full or partial refund of your payment on a case-by-case basis.

  4. Orders totaling a value of $100 or more will not be shipped until payment has been received.

  5. Shipping will normally be within two working days of receiving your order (for purchases less than $100) or your payment (for purchases of $100 or more).

  6. We use New Zealand Post or its subsidiaries (CourierPost, Pace) for shipping. Delivery times are dependent on their conditions of service (usually within 5 working days).
